We used RBA for a complete home makeover and they did a brilliant job at a very respectable price. Despite being thousands of miles away, we could trust them to do diligent and timely work, and when we visited the property to see the results, we were extremely pleased. Highly recommended for any renovation and maintenance work.

Really pleased with our new Howdens kitchen, fitted and project managed by James Riches of RBA Maintenance.  From the planning to the sweeping up afterwards, James was at hand for all the advice and professional workmanship along with his team.

We were able to overcome problems with initial choice of company to fit quartz worktops, finally choosing Planet Granite of Arley, Coventry. The quality was worth waiting for, and once again, RBA Maintenance were on site to assist the worktop fitters on the day.

The finish is excellent and we can thoroughly recommend RBA for every aspect of home maintenance and improvements.

We were recommended to RBA Maintenance by our friends after we purchased a retirement apartment for my grandmother.  The apartment was dated and dingy when we purchased it but after a few weeks in the hands of RBA the property was transformed.  They refitted the shower room with a suitable wet room arrangement, refitted the kitchen, replaced the windows and totally redecorated throughout for us – they even ordered and organised the fitting of new carpets.

We have worked on various projects with a  lot of builders over the years and never have we experienced such good communication and excellent organisation.  We made provisions for my Gran to live elsewhere for a few months while the property was being done – and within 4 weeks she was sitting in her beautifully decorated and totally refurbished apartment!  Couldn’t recommend them any more!  They were brilliant!

It was so  refreshing working with Jim, I contacted him to refurb  a flat for rent, the quote was very competitive but more importantly he finished on time, even though the completion was delayed. The invoice was exactly as the quote, which was very welcome.

We have recently had our kitchen installed by RBA Maintenance and were delighted with the entire experience from beginning to end.  Right from the initial meeting, Jim organised appointments for kitchen designers to meet with us and discuss our requirements and within a matter of weeks Jim and Joe were back to install our new kitchen.  They worked in a clean and tidy manner, worked hours above and beyond what we expected and kept disruption to an absolute minimum for the whole time they were there.
